How to measure ring size
- Get a tape measure, a length of string, or a strip of paper.

- Place your string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length up to the marked point.

Determine your size by measuring with either a string you've wrapped around your finger or by using a well-fitting ring as a reference. Afterward, consult the ring size chart provided above to ascertain your size.
Select a piece of non-elastic string, ribbon, thread, or a slim strip of paper, and wrap it comfortably around your ring finger, positioning it close to the knuckle.
While using a pen, make a careful mark at the point where the string crosses over itself. For precision, ensure that the marks are of a small size.
Unfold the length you've marked. Employ a ruler to measure it in millimeters. Locate your measurement in the section below.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders with free shipping go out with USPS First Class Mail including tracking service.
We do recommend UPS or DHL express shipping options if your order is needed in urgent. Please note we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping couriers.

Return & Refund
If you would like to make a return, please email for a return authorization at info@elyssajewelry.com . Firstly Please contact us within: 5 days of delivery and return it in its original condition within 14 days from the day it arrives. Expect your refund within 1 week (credit card companies timelines vary.) . Returns after the 14-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

What are the 4 Cs of Diamonds
Diamonds are evaluated based on the 4 Cs, which are cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, as these characteristics collectively define a diamond's beauty and quality.
What are the different grades of a diamond ?
Diamonds undergo assessment through the four criteria of cut, clarity, carat weight, and color. Cut is rated on a scale spanning from Ideal to Poor, while clarity is assessed on a 10-step scale, ranging from Flawless to Inclusions 2. Color is graded using the GIA's D-to-Z scale, and carat weight measures the diamond's mass and density.
