ENGRAVING

Engraving requested with your order: free on items over $200, and $10 on items below $200 (where the piece allows engraving).

If you ordered your item without engraving and later on decide that you would like to get it engraved, we will gladly do it after your order has already shipped for a fee of $20.00 plus shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please avoid getting your item engraved by a third party such as another jeweler or person other than Elyssa Jewelry Inc. as it will void your lifetime warranty.

The engraving process takes about 15 business days depending on the product and an engraved ring will not be eligible for a refund.

Please don't forget to include your engraving request in the order note. If you forget to add a note, please contact us before your order is shipped.
