How to measure ring size
- Get a tape measure, a length of string, or a strip of paper.

- Place your string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length up to the marked point.

Select a piece of non-elastic string, ribbon, thread, or a slim strip of paper, and wrap it comfortably around your ring finger, positioning it close to the knuckle.
While using a pen, make a careful mark at the point where the string crosses over itself. For precision, ensure that the marks are of a small size.

Orders with free shipping go out with USPS First Class Mail including tracking service.
We do recommend UPS or DHL express shipping options if your order is needed in urgent. Please note we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping couriers.

Return & Refund
If you would like to make a return, please email for a return authorization at info@elyssajewelry.com . Firstly Please contact us within: 5 days of delivery and return it in its original condition within 14 days from the day it arrives. Expect your refund within 1 week (credit card companies timelines vary.) . Returns after the 14-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

What are the different grades of a diamond ?
