We gladly accept returns and exchanges (please see our returns and exchanges policy). Just contact us within: 5 days of delivery, and return it in its original condition within 14 days from the day it arrives. Expect your refund within 1 week (credit card companies' timelines vary.)

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Full Eternity Bands
• Items on Sale
• Items purchased during Sales Events

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and insurance of returns must be paid by the customer.
